THE CUSTOM BUILD PROCESS

Initial Consultation

It all begins with a conversation. We meet to understand your vision, walk the available lots, and offer guidance on layout, size, and budget expectations. This helps ensure the land and home work together from day one.

Lot Selection and Reservation

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll select the lot that best suits your home vision. To secure the lot and ensure it’s not sold to another buyer during the planning phase, we require an upfront land purchase. This guarantees the land is yours and allows us to begin designing with that specific property in mind.

Designer Retainer and Agreement

After the lot purchase, a non-refundable design retainer is required to begin the architectural and design process. This fee is applied toward the final build and covers the time and expertise of our in-house team as they develop your fully custom home plans.

Custom Plans and Interior Design

You’ll work directly with our architect to develop a home plan suited to your lot, lifestyle, and goals. Then, our award-winning designer will walk you through mood boards, materials, and curated selections—from flooring and lighting to cabinetry and color palettes—bringing your home to life with intention.

Final Pricing and Permits

Once plans and selections are finalized, we provide clear pricing and begin the permitting process on your behalf.

Construction Begins and Check Ins

This is where it all comes together. Our experienced construction team breaks ground and brings your vision to life with precision and care. Throughout the process, you’ll stay informed and connected through your personal online client portal. It provides real-time updates, milestone photos, important documents, and easy communication with our team.

You’ll also have scheduled check-in meetings with your dedicated project manager at key stages of construction to review progress, answer questions, and keep everything moving forward smoothly. Your home is built with care, communication, and complete transparency
